While working for Viacom I was a member of the Event Operations Team, supporting the team in a variety of events ranging from cocktail receptions, press screenings, panel discussions, team off-sites and employee engagement events across all the main networks. Our team partnered with the Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Benefits team to roll out thoughtful and engaging events to celebrate heritage months and promote an inclusive company culture.
