Hackathons & Engineering Events

Part of building community within the Facebook New York offices was hosting quarterly Hackathons and engineering events. Hackathons gave teams that never got to work together the chance to cross functionally collaborate, while building new relationships. Engineering events brought employees from various levels of leadership together to help boost internal mobility, product creation, and increase employee engagement.
